Which free-spin offers can you use?
For Rich Palms Casino in Australia, the free-spin offers centre on specific games rather than a general spin balance. That makes the title attached to each offer important. A few offers also use a code, so keep the game name and the stated terms together when you choose one.
| Game | Free-spin offer |
|---|---|
| Lit Red | 50 free spins with code RED50; maximum win $100 |
| Princess Warrior | 60 free spins with code PRINCESS60 |
| Bubble Bubble 3 | 66 free spins |
| Penguin Palooza | 50 free spins |
| Cash Bandits | 50 free spins with the WIZARDPLAY deposit bonus; 30x wagering |
The Lit Red offer has a clear maximum win of $100. Cash Bandits has 30x wagering when the spins come with the WIZARDPLAY deposit bonus. The other named offers above should be treated according to the terms shown with the particular promotion.
Match the spins to the named game
Free spins are tied to the game stated in the offer. Check that you have opened the right title before you begin, especially when several slot promotions are running at the same time.
How the seven-day free-spin schedule works
The daily complimentary schedule runs across seven days, with the number of spins increasing as you move through the week. You need to log in each day and have made a deposit within the previous three days. Each daily reward can be claimed every 24 hours.
| Day | Game | Free spins |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Diamond Machine | 10 |
| Day 2 | Smashing Win! | 20 |
| Day 3 | Suits of Luck | 30 |
| Day 4 | Fruity Loops | 40 |
| Day 5 | Road Trip | 45 |
| Day 6 | Caribbean Islands | 50 |
| Day 7 | Fireworks Wild Luck | 60 |
Sign in to your account on the day you want to collect the daily spins.
- Check the deposit window
Make sure a deposit was made within the previous three days. This condition applies to the daily complimentary schedule.
- Wait for the 24-hour reset
Daily spins are claimable every 24 hours, so allow that period to pass before claiming the next reward.
- Open the named game
Play the title assigned to that day, such as Diamond Machine on Day 1 or Fireworks Wild Luck on Day 7.
The schedule is easy to follow if you treat each day as its own reward. Missing the login or deposit condition can affect that day's claim, so honestly, this is the part most people skip.
What wagering and cashout rules apply to free-spin wins?
The daily free spins carry wagering of 40x the winnings from the free spins. In plain terms, if the spins produce $25, you would need to wager $1,000 before the winnings meet that requirement. The daily free-spin winnings also have a maximum cashout of 6x the winnings from the spins.
| Free-spin winnings | 40x wagering | 6x maximum cashout |
|---|---|---|
| $10 | $400 | $60 |
| $25 | $1,000 | $150 |
| $100 | $4,000 | $600 |
Those examples show the calculation, not a promise of a particular result. The 6x figure is a cashout ceiling for daily free-spin winnings, while the Lit Red offer has its own maximum win of $100. Keep those two figures separate when comparing the offers.
Cash Bandits also has a 30x wagering term when its 50 free spins are provided with the WIZARDPLAY deposit bonus. Other Bonuses should be checked on their own terms rather than treated as having the daily schedule's 40x rule. A No Deposit Bonus is a separate offer type with separate conditions.
Wagering comes before a Withdrawal
When free-spin winnings have a wagering requirement, complete that requirement before requesting a Withdrawal. The relevant offer's maximum cashout still applies after the wagering is completed.
Choose your free-spin route
Pick a named game offer or work through the seven-day schedule. Keep the spin count, game title and wagering figure together so the terms stay clear.
Which games are used for the daily spins?
The daily schedule uses a selection of slot titles: Diamond Machine, Smashing Win!, Suits of Luck, Fruity Loops, Road Trip, Caribbean Islands and Fireworks Wild Luck. The separate named offers add Lit Red, Princess Warrior, Bubble Bubble 3, Penguin Palooza and Cash Bandits.
These titles sit within a wider casino library of 1,112 games covering slots, table games, video poker, specialties, jackpots and live dealer play. Most games can also be opened in demo mode, which is useful when you want to get familiar with a title before using promotional spins. Demo play is separate from using the free-spin offer itself.
- Daily schedule titles include Diamond Machine and Smashing Win!
- Later schedule rewards include Road Trip, Caribbean Islands and Fireworks Wild Luck
- Named offers include Lit Red, Princess Warrior, Bubble Bubble 3 and Penguin Palooza
- Cash Bandits has a 30x wagering term when supplied with the WIZARDPLAY deposit bonus
Can you play the free spins on a phone or tablet?
Yes. The platform runs through a mobile browser, so you do not need a dedicated app download. It is optimised for Android, iPhone, iPad and other mobile devices, and the full casino features include the cashier and bonuses.
To use the daily schedule on mobile, log in through the browser each day, confirm that your deposit falls within the previous three days, and open the title assigned to that day. A night mode or dark mode toggle is also available if you prefer a darker screen while playing.
The daily reset still matters on mobile
Changing devices does not change the schedule. The reward remains claimable every 24 hours, with the daily login and recent-deposit condition applying as usual.
Where can you get help with a free-spin offer?
Support is available in English through 24/7 live chat, email and phone. Live chat is the quickest option when you need help with a named game, a daily claim or the terms attached to a free-spin promotion.
Free spins are still gambling promotions, so set a pace that suits you and keep play within an entertainment budget. Rich Palms provides self-assessment tests, self-exclusion, cool-off periods and links to gambling assistance organisations.
